Each FATCAP Industrial garment is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
